Pricing for Half Fattened Calf

One heifer will be available February 2026. Currently feeding 5 steers that will be available starting October 2026…

Current price is $1750 for fattened 1/2 calf. You pay separately for processing at a cost of about $500 for 1/2 calf, and would pick up from CW Texas Natural Meats in Lott (about 15 miles east of Temple). You decide exactly what cuts you want, and how you want them cut.

All beef prices are at an all-time high. This is premium beef. Raised right here in Central Texas, our cross of Wagyu and Angus genetics provides extraordinary marbling, resulting in flavorful and tender steaks and roasts. No hormone additives or antibiotics.

Price List for Individual Cuts

HOW THIS WORKS: Text or email a list of what you would like to purchase and we will put together an invoice based on inventory actual weights and provide photos. Payment can be Venmo, Zelle, or check (not credit card). We can deliver along the I-35 corridor from Salado to Austin, but may negotiate a delivery date that combines multiple orders. Or you can pick up from the farm. Each cut is individually vacuum packed and labeled with cut name and weight (see photo on Home page).

  • These are individual vacuum packed cuts, USDA inspected

  • Steaks are 1-1/2” thick and are around 2 to 2.5# each (cook using Reverse Sear method)
